Zirconium Beads for Microgrinding and Microdispersion

We offer a wide range of electrofused zirconium microbeads in different qualities. ER120A, ER120S and ERMIL are of medium density. The microbeads range is completed with the sintered zirconium grades ZIRMIL and RIMAX of high and medium density.

Zirconium Microbeads for Surface Treatment (Sandblasting + Shotpeening)

ZIRBLAST and ZIRSHOT are electrofused zirconium ceramic spheres for the surface treatment that guarantee high yield and eliminate the presence of pollution in the working area.

Large Grinding Media

CYLPAZ (96% ZrO2) partially stabilized zirconium (PSZ) and alumina CYLAL (98% Al 2O3) complete the line of grinding media used in ball mills, attritors or vibratory mills. These grinding media is supplied in spherical and cylindrical forms in sizes ranging from 0,25" up to 1,25."

Zirconium Powders (Oxides)

These are special zirconium oxides for the use in the production of structural ceramics, piezoelectric parts, thermal barriers, oxygen sensors, gemstones, specialty glasses, etc., produced with a unique thermal and chemical process. Some qualities are used in the production of ceramic colors with high color intensity and stability at high temperatures. Monoclinic zirconias CC10, CS01, CS02, CS05 y CS10 are produced with a thermal process. While the monoclinic zirconia CZ y CZ-P are the results of a chemical process. Furthermore we offer yttrium and magnesia stabilized zirconium YZ01, YZ01A y MgZO.
